Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About these terms
Prixly is run by Petru Iordachi, a private individual in the Republic of Moldova. By using the site you accept these terms. Questions: tudorelgr@gmail.com.
2. What Prixly is
Prixly is a free, community-run site for comparing the prices of everyday products across stores. It is not a shop: we sell nothing, take no orders and handle no payments.
3. Prices are information, not offers
Prices are entered by contributors or read from shop receipts. They can be out of date, wrong, or different in the store. The price at the till is the one that counts.
A price shown on Prixly is not an offer from the store. Check it before you rely on it.
4. Stores and brands
Store names, product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Prixly is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any store or brand. A store that wants a correction can write to us.
5. Contributor accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator after a request; there is no open sign-up.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
6. What you must not do
- Enter prices you know are false or misleading.
- Upload photos you have no right to share, or that show other people's personal data.
- Overload, break or bulk-copy the site with automated tools, or try to reach parts you are not allowed to use.
- Use the site for anything illegal.
7. Content you add
When you add prices, products or stores, you give Prixly a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and permanent right to store, show, edit and publish them, also after your account is closed. We may correct or remove any content.
8. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop it at any time, without notice.
9. Liability
As far as the law of the Republic of Moldova allows, we are not liable for any loss from using price information on the site or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We publish any new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Please contact us first; we will try to solve the problem. Otherwise the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova decide. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection its mandatory law gives you.
